Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY - MAAN TRADING ACADEMY

At Maan Trading Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality online and offline courses in technical analysis and F&O (Futures and Options) to empower our students with valuable knowledge and skills. We strive to ensure our courses are worth every penny you invest in them. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must make a formal refund request within 7 days from the date of purchase of the course. This allows us to promptly address your concerns and provide a suitable solution.
  2. Refund Procedure: To request a refund, please send an email to our support team at contact@maantradingacademy.com mentioning your full name, contact details, course name, and the reason for your refund request. We kindly ask you to provide genuine feedback as it helps us improve our services.
  3. Course Completion: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 30% of the course modules. Once you have completed more than 30% of the course, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  4. Review and Resolution: Upon receiving your refund request, our support team will review the details provided and assess your eligibility for a refund based on the above criteria. We are committed to ensuring a fair evaluation process.
  5. Refund Amount: If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the number of modules you have completed and the duration of your enrollment. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee from the refund amount.
  6. Refund Timeframe: Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during the course enrolment.
  7. Over Payment Refund: Once If a Student mistakenly pays an extra amount or makes a duplicate payment for our courses with nominal charges, we are committed to refunding the excess amount in full. Simply follow the process outlined below to request a refund.

  8. Non-eligible Situations for Refund: Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following situations.

    Completion of more than 30% of the course.
    Failure to meet the course requirements or attend scheduled sessions.
    Requesting a refund after the 7-day refund request period.
    Sharing course materials with non-enrolled individuals.
    Engaging in unethical behaviour or misconduct that breaches our terms and conditions.
